A working director of photography and camera operator with a background in narrative, documentary and commercial projects. Prior to my interest and pursuit of a career in the film industry I studied Electrical Engineering at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and I worked briefly as a co-op electrical designer - researching and prototyping endoscopic surgical tools. Since making the jump into the film industry in late 2017, I have been living in Chicago and creating beautiful images for projects spanning a variety of industries. I am the Operations Manager at Camera Ambassador, a boutique rental facility in Chicago servicing the commercial and independent filmmaking communities. I have operated and camera assisted on music videos (Wilco, Iron & Wine), commercials (AudioFocus, Coca-Cola, Regal, Cancer Treatment Centers of America; Trustmark), TV shows (Chicago PD, neXt), web shows (Feed Yourself) and a wide variety of independent short and feature films and look forward to creating beautiful images for whatever you might need.
